Given the frequency with which Hollywood recycles our favorite movie villains and heroes, it seems unlikely that any of them ever will be out of work. But if, say, Optimus Prime's career hit the skids and he's looking for freelance work like any other schmuck, he's going to need a business card.
Fortunately for Mr. Prime, Italian creative agency Invasione Creativa has some ideas. "We were thinking about new branding and re-branding ideas—a 'what if' approach," says company art director Benedetto Papi. "So we thought about famous people, or famous characters and their job [and thought] 'What happens to these characters when they've finished the movie they've starred in and, in essence, lost their former job? How do they re-sell themselves? How to reinvent their job?'"
Papi's company ended up making new business cards—and, really, whole new career paths—for everyone from *The Shining'*s Jack Torrance to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Check out some of their best designs above.
